For our client, an international financial organisation located in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer with Swift development experience. Project description:
You will be part of a team of 9 that makes software that enables any connected IoT device to perform autonomous transactions on behalf of the customer. This team is part of the innovation department with an international and dynamic environment. The department uses their own innovation methodology which is based on LEAN Start UP, Agile and Design Thinking. They are growing and looking for ways to scale up their product. Right now they have a website, portal, iOS & Android app, IoT SDK, and a Core backend system.
As a Full Stack Developer you will work on both front-end native applications and Swift on the server using Kitura framework. You will be responsible for the development of the iOS companion application using which the end-user would be able to pair and activate their IoT devices to perform autonomous payments. Alongside you would also be responsible for working on the backend in Swift that caters to all of the platform components (Web Portal, iOS/Android apps and the IoT SDK(s)).
As a person you are proactive, pragmatic and you have an entrepreneurial mindset. You enjoy being part of the ‘start-up spirit’ and are passionate about innovation. You have excellent communication skills and you are fluent, both written and spoken, in English. Project requirements:
- You are an experienced IoT embedded software developer;
- You are familiar with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Ubuntu/Linux servers;
- You have 4+ years Swift development experience;
- You have 1-2 years experience with Swift on the server side;
- You are proficient with tools like: GIT, Jenkins, AppStore Connect, Testflight, Xcode, Docker;
- Experience with Kitura framework is a big plus
