ITIL Service Manager

For one of our clients we are looking for an ITIL Service Manager to perform the following task:

  • Managing day to day service delivery of the services
  • Managing the service level compliance and reports for all the ITIL processes handled by vendors.
  • Handling escalations from both business and vendor
  • Monitoring the vendor performance and highlight the areas of improvement
  • Coordinate changes in the Operation Manual and in the Contract
  • Reviewing and updating the service catalog
  • Suggesting service improvement plans, reviewing and implementing plans delivered by the vendor
  • Drive processes optimization with internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluating reports that are produced during each process
  • Reviewing and adjusting KPIs and targets for processes
  • Preparing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)/Work Instructions for the processes as required
  • Responsible for identifying, monitoring and responding to operational risks.
